The celebration of the 82nd Foundation Day of Don Bosco School, Liluah was ushered in with an atmosphere of divinity and bliss on the morning of 8th of December 2019. The prayer service began at 8 a.m. in the sanctity of the church, in the presence of an august gathering comprising the noble salesians, staff, students, parents, parishioners, alumni and well-wishers of the school, to celebrate the feast of the Immaculate Conception of our Blessed Mother Mary. The main celebrant for the holy Eucharist was Rev. Fr. Bertie Fernandes, who was celebrating the golden jubilee of his religious profession. Father exhorted the teachers to maintain a balance between being soft spoken as well as firm at times when appropriate, in order to create a harmonious existence as an exemplary evidence to the society.
The mellifluous choir singing, punctuated with readings from the Holy Bible built a mood of pure serenity and joy. The congregation also prayed for the betterment of the society, wellness of the students and teachers, prosperity of the school. This was followed by a sumptuous breakfast hosted by the school.
