A group of 34 boys accompanied by four teachers and our Principal Rev. Br. Jose left for Gangtok on 24th March 2015.  On 26th morning we left for Nathula Pass. It was a rare experience for the boys to interact with the Indian Jawans at the Indo-China border. The temperature was -7oC.

On our way back we visited the Baba Mandir and the frozen Changu Lake. We then proceeded for Lachen and Lachung-Virgin spots known for its exquisite scenic beauty.  We covered Zero Point, Yumthang Valley and Katao.

The snow capped mountains, the lush green valleys and the shimmering lakes were a feast for our eyes. At Ravungla we undertook a nine hours trek through a sanctuary covering 25 kms.

We returned to Siliguri and had the privilege of visiting Don Bosco Siliguri, a tea estate and the factory attached to it.  We had lunch at Sukna Forest, returned to NJP and boarded the train. On 3rd April, early morning, we reached Sealdah. A trip to remember!
