DON BOSCO HIGH SCHOOL, Liluah

FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION

The 79th Foundation Day of the school was celebrated on 08 December 2016 with due solemnity and joy.  The day began with a morning mass in the beautifully decorated DBL church which was packed to capacity with the salesians, staff, students, parents, parishioners, alumni and well- wishers of the school. The main celebrant for the holy Eucharist was Rev. Fr.  Pauria Joseph, the Vice Provincial, who spoke of his old association with DBL as a young brother. He delivered a beautiful homily on Mother Mary as a protectress of Don Bosco School, Liluah. There was beautiful choir singing punctuated with readings from the Bible. The congregation also prayed for the departed souls of Bro. Ambrose and Mr. Paul Chung who had served the institution for many long years.

After the mass, the gathering re- convened in different venues of the school to enjoy a celebratory breakfast hosted by the school.
